I’m based in Orange County and have been using Apple products for more than 20 years. I enjoy helping people make sense of their devices, whether you’re learning the basics or stuck on one frustrating thing.
I’ll explain what we’re doing in plain English, make room for questions, and help you practice. Beginners and seniors are welcome.

Personal tech lesson
Learn your Mac, iPhone, or iPad at your own pace. Focus on the apps and everyday tasks you want to understand.
One-to-one guidance, with simple notes to refer to afterward.
App or email setup
Install and configure an app, set up an email account, or work through a straightforward syncing issue.
Complex troubleshooting is quoted separately; account recovery may require the provider’s support.
Mac storage & performance review
Review storage, startup apps, and settings. Identify practical ways to reduce clutter and improve everyday performance.
A focused review and agreed changes; no guaranteed speed increase or hardware repairs.
iCloud & backup setup
Understand what syncs and what backs up. Get help setting up iCloud, Time Machine, or an external backup.
Existing files and backup needs are reviewed first. Hardware and storage subscriptions are extra; transfers may take longer than the session.
Digital organization session
Organize a focused part of your digital life, such as your Downloads folder, documents, or a manageable set of photos.
We agree on one area to work on—not an entire computer or photo library.
Password & security basics
Get help setting up a password manager, enabling two-factor authentication, and reviewing everyday account settings.
You enter your own passwords and verification codes. Account recovery, malware removal, and advanced security work aren’t included.
Remote suitability is checked before booking. Hardware repairs, old-computer restoration, and complex account recovery aren’t part of the offer. Newer Windows and smart-device questions are considered case by case.

Monthly Tech Help
Keep learning, ask your everyday questions, and tackle the little things that come up. One scheduled 60-minute remote session each month, with the same person who helped you before.
For returning clients. Extra work is quoted separately. No unlimited, on-call, or emergency support. Billing, cancellation, and unused-session details are agreed before you join.

Do you repair computers or make home visits?+
This service focuses on remote training, software, and guided support. Home visits and hardware repairs aren’t part of the current offer. If a device won’t turn on, has physical damage, or needs parts, a repair specialist is a better fit.
How does the pricing work?+
The listed prices cover the session or task described. App/email setup starts at $49 and iCloud/backup setup starts at $89; I’ll confirm the scope and final quote before booking. Extra work, paid software, subscriptions, and hardware are not included. A session provides the agreed work and guidance; it does not guarantee that every technical issue can be resolved.
What does monthly help include?+
Monthly Tech Help is $59/month for returning clients and includes one scheduled 60-minute remote session each month. Use it for lessons, everyday questions, or routine settings and software help. Additional work is quoted separately. It does not include unlimited messages, on-call availability, or emergency support. We agree on billing, cancellation, and unused-session details before you join. No payment or subscription starts through this site.
Will you need my passwords?+
Please don’t send passwords or verification codes by email or text. You enter your own credentials. Any screen-sharing or remote-control access is discussed first and used only with your permission during the session.
